QZ Infomatics is an ERP implementation and IT consultancy founded in May 2021 at DTEC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and now based in Bay Square, Business Bay. The company implements Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite and its own CogniVision AI platform for medium and large enterprises across the GCC and the United States.

Why the company exists
QZ Infomatics was founded on the realisation that a set of standard challenges runs through almost every SME, whatever the industry.
01The pattern repeats
The same inefficiencies show up in businesses that look nothing alike on paper: cost known too late, work re-keyed between systems, and a month-end that consumes the month.
02We saw it from the inside
That realisation came from working with SMEs ranging from an electronics distributor turning over USD 140M with 250+ employees, to a contracting group turning over USD 270M with 5,000+ employees.
03So the roadmap is specific
With the experience of past transformations behind us, we address those recurring challenges through a roadmap built for the individual business rather than a template applied to it.

How we work
An implementation firm, not a software vendor
The distinction is commercial. A vendor is paid when you buy a licence. We are paid to make the system work, which is why we can afford to tell you the honest answer about which one you need.
01Four platforms in house
Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite and our own CogniVision AI, with certified teams on each. Most ERP companies in Dubai carry one licence, and every recommendation eventually points at it.
02Understand first, then choose
We sit with finance, operations and the people doing the work before naming a platform. Entity structure and user count narrow it; the industry decides it.
03Configure before developing
Custom code is something you maintain through every upgrade. We treat it as the last option, not the quickest way to close a gap in a demo.
Independence is not a claim, it is a commercial structure. We are paid for the engagement, not for the licence you end up buying, which is why we can afford to tell you the answer is a platform we do not sell.

When was QZ Infomatics founded?
QZ Infomatics was established in May 2021 at DTEC, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and relocated to Bay Square, Business Bay in July 2024. The first client project, a Power BI implementation for Proscape, was delivered in June 2021.
Where is QZ Infomatics based?

How many ERP platforms do you implement?
Four in house: Odoo, where we are a Silver Partner, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, and CogniVision AI, which we built ourselves. Our consulting practice also assesses platforms we do not implement, including SAP, because we are paid for the engagement rather than the licence. Compare the platforms.
What does a 100% go-live rate actually mean?
Every ERP implementation we have started has reached go-live and is in use. It does not mean nothing has ever been difficult; it means we have not walked away from a project or had one abandoned. Hypercare running until the first clean month-end close is the main reason.
Which industries do you specialise in?
Contracting and construction, manufacturing, trading and distribution, facility management, and food and beverage. We list five rather than fifteen because these are the ones we have delivered in repeatedly and can price with confidence. Industries we serve.
Do you build your own software?
Yes, two products. CogniVision AI is our computer vision platform for site safety, gate access, attendance and automated inspection. In November 2025 we released an ISV solution for contracting and construction companies. We own both roadmaps, so a change request is a sprint rather than a vendor ticket. CogniVision AI.
Do you work with businesses outside the UAE?
Yes. We deliver across the GCC, and our Odoo practice has also delivered in the United States. Multi-country rollouts change the platform recommendation more than headcount does, so we scope entity structure early.
