Before you write to us
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day, and usually the same day if you write before mid-afternoon Gulf Standard Time. The office runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GST, so a Friday evening message is answered on Monday.
Is the first call really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. Thirty minutes with a consultant covering your entity count, user count, current systems and what is actually broken. You get a platform view, a realistic timeline and a budget band. If we are not the right fit we will say so on that call.
Will I be speaking to a salesperson?
No. We do not employ a separate sales team, which is why the consultant who scopes your project is the one who delivers it. Meet the people who would be on your project.
I am already a client and something is broken. Where do I go?
Use the same form and select Support & AMC. That routes to the support desk rather than the new-business queue, so it is picked up against your support terms rather than treated as an enquiry. For anything urgent, call +971 4 243 4010 during office hours.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes. We deliver across six GCC markets — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain — from the Dubai office. Delivery consultants travel for discovery and go-live; the rest is run remotely.
Can I just turn up at the office?
You are welcome to, but call first. Most of our consultants spend their week on client sites, so an unannounced visit is likely to find an empty desk rather than the person you need.
