QZ Infomatics hires ERP consultants, engineers and support specialists in Business Bay, Dubai. We deliver Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle NetSuite implementations across the UAE and GCC. There is no separate sales team here, so the person who scopes a project is the person who delivers it. Every position listed below is closed at the moment. New openings are posted here first.

What the job is actually like
People focus is the first line of our mission, which is easy to write and harder to live. These four things are what it means in practice.
The consultant who runs discovery configures the system and trains the users. No handover, no working from someone else's notes, and no explaining a decision you were not part of.
Odoo, Dynamics 365, NetSuite and our own CogniVision AI. You will be certified on more than one, which makes you considerably harder to replace than a single-platform specialist.
Contracting, manufacturing, distribution and facilities. You will spend time on site gates and factory floors rather than only in meeting rooms, which is where the interesting problems are.
A team this size means your work is visible and your decisions stick. It also means we expect you to raise a problem rather than wait for a process to catch it.

Five positions, all Dubai based
Open one to see the detail. Every role reports into a named person you will meet during the process, not into a department.
Functional Consultant — ERPDubai, UAEFull-time3+ yearsDelivery
You will run discovery workshops, map how a client actually works, configure the system around the answer and stay with the project through go-live.
What you will do
- Run discovery on client sites and write up the process as it really is
- Configure finance, procurement, inventory and project modules to the agreed scope
- Lead data migration and reconcile opening balances with the client finance team
- Train office and site users, then hold their hand through hypercare
What we are looking for
- Three or more years implementing ERP, ideally in the UAE or wider GCC
- Strong grasp of finance and operations processes, not just software screens
- Odoo, Dynamics 365 or NetSuite experience — we will train you on the others
- Comfortable on a construction site or a factory floor, not only in a boardroom
Techno-Functional Consultant — OdooDubai, UAEFull-time2+ yearsDelivery
The bridge between what the client needs and what the platform does out of the box. Configure first, develop only where configuration genuinely will not reach.
What you will do
- Configure Odoo across accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales and field service
- Build custom modules in Python where a real gap exists
- Integrate Odoo with payroll, tax and IoT platforms
- Support migrations from legacy systems and other ERPs
What we are looking for
- Two or more years on Odoo, v16 or later
- Python and the Odoo ORM, XML views, QWeb reports
- Able to explain a technical constraint to a finance manager without jargon
- UAE VAT and WPS familiarity is an advantage, not a requirement
Technical Consultant — Integrations & BIDubai, UAE or remote (South Asia)Full-time3+ yearsEngineering
You own the layer where data stops living in four systems. Integrations, migrations and the reporting that makes an ERP worth having.
What you will do
- Build and maintain integrations between ERP, payroll, tax and IoT platforms
- Design and deliver Power BI reporting on top of live ERP data
- Write migration scripts and validation checks that catch bad data before go-live
- Support the product team on CogniVision AI where it touches client systems
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in systems integration or BI delivery
- SQL, REST APIs, and at least one of Python, C# or JavaScript
- Power BI to a professional standard, including data modelling
- A habit of documenting what you built so somebody else can maintain it
ERP Support Engineer — AMCDubai, UAEFull-time2+ yearsSupport
Live clients, real problems, same day. You keep systems that have already gone live working properly, and you are the reason clients renew.
What you will do
- Own the support queue for clients on annual maintenance contracts
- Diagnose issues across configuration, data and integration layers
- Deliver minor enhancements and version upgrades
- Escalate platform-level bugs through our partner channels
What we are looking for
- Two or more years supporting a live ERP, on any platform
- Calm with a frustrated client on the phone at month end
- Enough functional knowledge to tell a bug from a training gap
- Arabic is useful for some accounts but is not required
Business Development ManagerDubai, UAEFull-time4+ yearsGrowth
We do not run a traditional sales team, and this is not a traditional sales job. You open conversations; a consultant scopes the work.
What you will do
- Build relationships with contracting, manufacturing and distribution businesses
- Qualify honestly — including telling a prospect when we are not the fit
- Work alongside consultants rather than handing over to them
- Represent QZ at industry events across the UAE and GCC
What we are looking for
- Four or more years selling B2B software or professional services in the UAE
- Enough technical literacy to hold an ERP conversation credibly
- A record built on repeat business, not one-off wins
- UAE driving licence

We have not built a portal that asks you to retype your CV into thirty boxes. Send it to us and a person will read it.
Put the role title in the subject line so it reaches the right person. If none of the roles fit but you think you should be here anyway, write anyway and tell us why — we have hired that way before.
Send us: a CV, and a short note on one project you delivered and what you would do differently now. That note tells us more than a covering letter ever has.
What happens next
- We reply within one working week. Every application gets an answer, including the ones that are not a fit.
- A call with the team lead for the role. Thirty minutes, mostly about what you have actually built.
- A working session. We walk through a real scenario together. No timed tests, no take-home projects that take a weekend.
- A conversation with a director and an offer, usually within two weeks of the first call.
Frequently asked questions
Before you apply
How do I apply if there is no form?
Email your CV to info@qzinfomatics.com with the role title in the subject line. That is the whole process. Attachments in PDF are easiest for us, and a link to a portfolio or repository is welcome where it is relevant.
Do you sponsor UAE employment visas?
Yes, for roles based in Dubai. Visa, Emirates ID and medical insurance are arranged and paid for by QZ Infomatics as part of the standard package for full-time employees.
Can I work remotely?
Delivery roles are Dubai based, because discovery, training and go-live happen on client sites and that is not something we do over a video call. Engineering and product roles can be remote from South Asia, where part of the team already sits.
I do not have ERP experience. Should I apply?
If you have deep functional knowledge of finance, procurement, manufacturing or construction operations, yes. We can teach a platform to someone who understands the business. Teaching the business to someone who only knows the software is much harder.
What if none of the open roles fit?
Write anyway. Tell us what you do and where you think you would add something we do not currently have. We keep good applications on file and have created roles around people before.
Will I hear back if I am unsuccessful?
Yes. Every application gets a reply within one working week, whichever way it goes. Being left without an answer is the thing candidates complain about most, and it costs nothing to avoid.
