ERP services in the UAE

We help you choose the right ERP,
then make sure it actually works.

QZ Infomatics provides eight ERP services across the full lifecycle for businesses in the UAE and GCC: independent consulting, implementation, custom software development, support and training, health checks, AI automation, IoT integration and Power BI reporting. Every engagement starts by understanding your operations rather than demonstrating a product, and is quoted at a fixed price with a published timeline before build work starts.

One team, everything you need

We are not a software vendor

We are the people who come in, understand your business and build the system that runs it. That difference shows up in what happens before the contract is signed, and in what happens after go-live.

A software vendor

Sells you a licence, then leaves

  • × Product demo before anyone has seen your process
  • × Scope grows once the contract is signed
  • × Gaps closed with custom development you inherit
  • × Training is a two-day handover and a PDF
  • × Support ends when the invoice clears
How we work

Understand first, then build

  • ✓ Discovery with finance, operations and the people doing the work
  • ✓ Fixed price and a published timeline before build starts
  • ✓ Standard configuration first, custom development last
  • ✓ Role-based training on your own data, not a demo dataset
  • ✓ Hypercare until adoption is real

Eight services, grouped by where you are right now. Most people arrive at one of these four stages.

Stage 01

Choose — before you commit to anything

The most expensive ERP mistake is made before the software is bought. This is where an independent view is worth the most and costs the least.

ERP consulting

Platform selection, current-state assessment, gap analysis and a phased roadmap. We are not tied to one platform, so the recommendation follows your requirements rather than a referral fee.

  • › Requirements definition and vendor shortlisting
  • › Business process mapping across departments
  • › Total cost of ownership modelling
  • › Multi-year implementation roadmap
ERP consulting services
Stage 02

Build — configure it and get it live

Fixed price, published timeline, consultants on site at cutover. A single-entity implementation is typically live in 8 to 12 weeks.

ERP implementation

Configuration, data migration, integrations and training on the platform we agreed in discovery. Standard configuration wherever possible, so your upgrade path stays cheap.

  • › Configuration on Odoo, Dynamics 365 or NetSuite
  • › Migration from Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, Focus or Excel
  • › Parallel run before cutover
ERP implementation

Custom software development

When the requirement genuinely does not exist in any platform, we build it. Only after we have ruled out configuration, because custom code is something you maintain forever.

  • › Integrations between ERP and the systems around it
  • › Portals, apps and workflow tools on top of the ERP
  • › Built to survive platform upgrades
Custom development
Stage 03

Run — live, and it has to work every day

Going live is not the finish line. This is where most implementations quietly fail, and where an independent second opinion pays for itself.

Support & training

Hypercare through the first close, then an optional AMC covering user support, enhancements, version upgrades and reporting changes.

  • › Role-based training on your own data
  • › Named consultants, not a ticket queue
  • › Version upgrades handled, not deferred
Support & training

ERP health check

Already live but not getting the value you expected? We come in independently, whoever put the system in, and identify whether the gap is adoption, configuration or process.

  • › System utilisation and adoption analysis
  • › Configuration quality assessment
  • › A fix plan, not a re-sell
ERP health check
Stage 04

Extend — get more out of what you have

Once the core runs clean, the returns come from removing manual work and turning the data into something a leadership team can act on.

AI solutions

We find the manual, repetitive work in your operations and automate it, so your team spends its time on the things that actually need a human.

  • › Vendor bills read and posted automatically
  • › Computer vision for site safety and attendance
AI solutions

IoT solutions

Live data from machines, vehicles and assets feeding the ERP, so production and maintenance reporting reflects what is actually happening on the floor.

  • › Machine and asset monitoring with CogniVision
  • › Downtime and utilisation you can put a number against
IoT solutions

Power BI & data

We turn raw ERP data into dashboards your leadership team can read and act on, so nobody is digging through spreadsheets to answer a board question.

  • › Role-based dashboards for each desk
  • › Scheduled reporting straight from the ledger
Power BI & data

How an engagement runs

Five stages. You know the cost and the date before stage one ends.

Whichever service you start with, the shape of the engagement is the same.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We sit with finance, operations and the people doing the work. No template questionnaire.

    Week 1–2
  2. 02

    Fixed proposal

Scope, platform, modules, integrations, timeline and a fixed price. In scope means covered.

    Week 2
  3. 03

    Build & migrate

Configuration, data migration and integrations, reviewed by your team every sprint.

    Week 3–9
  4. 04

    Train & go live

Role-based training on your own data, a parallel run, then cutover with consultants on site.

    Week 9–12
  5. 05

    Hypercare

We stay until adoption is real, not until the invoice clears. Then optional AMC support.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us about engaging

How is ERP consulting different from ERP implementation?

Consulting decides what to build and why; implementation builds it. Consulting covers requirements, platform selection, gap analysis and the roadmap, and ends with a decision you can defend. Implementation takes that decision and configures, migrates, trains and goes live. You can buy them together or take the consulting alone and have someone else build it. ERP consulting.

Do you consult on ERP platforms you do not implement?

Yes. We implement Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle NetSuite, but our consulting covers SAP and other platforms too. If the evaluation points at something we do not deliver, we will say so and help you run the selection anyway rather than steer the outcome.

Do you provide support after the implementation is complete?

Yes. Every project includes hypercare, where consultants stay engaged until adoption is real and the first month closes cleanly. After that you can move to an optional AMC covering user support, enhancements, version upgrades and reporting changes. Support and training.

What does an ERP engagement cost?

Consulting engagements run from a few weeks and are quoted as a fixed fee. Implementations run from roughly AED 30,000 for a small Odoo deployment to AED 400,000 or more for a multi-entity rollout, driven by user count, modules, integrations and migration. Platform licences are quoted separately so you can see both numbers. Use the cost calculator.

Our ERP was implemented by someone else. Will you still help?

Yes, and this is a large part of what we do. The health check is deliberately platform and vendor agnostic: we assess what is there, identify whether the gap is adoption, configuration or process, and give you a fix plan. Sometimes that plan does not involve replacing anything. ERP health check.

How long before we see a return?

The first measurable returns usually show up in the close cycle and in re-keying time, both within a quarter of go-live. Clients have reported month-end dropping from three weeks to six days, and thousands of manual hours recovered annually. Bigger structural gains, such as live project margin, follow once adoption is genuinely complete.
