Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of qzinfomatics.com, operated by QZ Infomatics, 207, Building 3, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. Work we deliver for a client is governed by the signed proposal, statement of work or support agreement for that engagement, and where those documents conflict with these terms, those documents win.

Using this website

You may use the site for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute anything unlawful or harmful.

Our content and intellectual property

The text, design, code, diagrams and calculators on this site belong to QZ Infomatics unless stated otherwise. Product names and logos belonging to Odoo, Microsoft, Oracle and our other technology partners remain the property of those companies.

You are welcome to quote or reference our content with attribution, and to use the output of our calculators in your own proposals, board packs and internal documents without crediting us. Republishing substantial parts of a page as your own is not permitted.

Free tools and calculators

Our calculators are provided free and without registration. Each one states the formula and, where a legal rule applies, the source it follows.

They produce estimates. Results depend entirely on the figures you enter and on assumptions that may not match your circumstances. Gratuity, tax and payroll outcomes in particular are affected by contract type, work pattern, termination reason and legislation that changes. Do not treat a calculator result as a settlement figure, a tax position or a price.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and reading it does not create a consultant-client relationship. Cost bands, timelines and platform recommendations published here are general guidance drawn from projects we have delivered. Your project will differ. A binding scope and price only exists once it is written into a signed proposal.

Third-party links and platforms

We link to government sources, vendor documentation and partner sites where they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the page it points to.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual tools or pages, without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, QZ Infomatics is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business, data or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
