Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner Dubai

Microsoft Dynamics 365 built around how your business actually runs

We implement Finance & Operations for groups, manufacturers and high-volume businesses that need enterprise depth. Fixed price, structured methodology and a 100% delivery success rate since we started.

✓ Native Outlook, Teams and Power BI✓ UAE VAT and WPS configured✓ Extensions, so upgrades stay clean✓ Twice-yearly release waves handled

Integration

The Microsoft integration advantage

This is the reason most UAE businesses shortlist Dynamics, and it is a real advantage rather than a marketing point.

Records open in Outlook

A customer email shows their balance and order history in the reading pane, without anyone switching application.

Teams surfaces the record

In the conversation where the decision is being made, rather than in a system somebody has to go and open.

Power BI reads it directly

Dashboards with no connector to build or maintain. Power BI consulting.

Power Automate handles workflow

Cross-application automation without custom development, which removes a category of integration other platforms need connectors for.

UAE

UAE VAT, payroll and compliance

Configured, not assumed

UAE compliance in Dynamics

The localisation gives a starting point. Making it correct for your business is partner work, and it is where offshore implementations tend to come apart.

  • › 5% VAT with the treatments your transactions actually need
  • › FTA-compliant tax invoices carrying every mandatory field
  • › A chart of accounts your auditor will accept
  • › Bilingual Arabic and English layouts, which need configuring
  • › E-invoicing readiness for your specific release

Staying upgradeable

Extensions, not base code

Microsoft releases major updates twice a year on a fixed published schedule. Building extensions rather than modifying base code keeps those upgrades clean.

  • › Two release waves a year, on a published date
  • › Customisations tested against each release
  • › Ongoing work rather than an occasional project
  • › Which is the recurring cost of over-customising

Licensing

How Dynamics 365 is licensed

Per user, per application, per month. Getting the licence mix right is one of the easiest savings available and one of the most commonly missed.

Essentials

Finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, projects and assembly. Sufficient for most UAE distributors and service businesses.

Premium

Adds manufacturing — production orders, bills of materials, capacity planning — and service management, for light manufacturers and equipment servicing businesses.

Team Member

Light users who read, approve and enter time or expenses, at a much lower rate. Most deployments over-license full users where Team Member would serve.

Per application, per user

Because applications are licensed separately, adding Customer Engagement or Field Service to a Finance deployment is a distinct cost rather than a configuration change.

Implementation is quoted separately by the partner, on fixed scope. Current per-user rates come from Microsoft's live price list and are worth confirming at the point of quoting rather than from a page. Finance & Operations in detail →

Dynamics FAQs

What buyers ask us about Microsoft Dynamics

What is Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a family of cloud business applications covering finance, supply chain, sales, customer service, field service and project operations. Applications are licensed individually and share data through Microsoft’s Dataverse platform, integrating natively with Microsoft 365, Teams and Power BI.

How does Finance & Operations differ from a mid-market ERP?

Depth and scale. A mid-market ERP is one integrated application that goes live in months. Finance & Operations separates finance from supply chain, handles intercompany and consolidation natively, supports discrete, process and lean manufacturing, and is implemented in quarters. It costs more to license and to implement; for a single-entity business under a few hundred users that cost is rarely justified, and we will say so.

Why work with a Microsoft partner in the UAE?

Because Dynamics is sold and implemented through partners rather than directly. A UAE partner brings local VAT and payroll configuration, a chart of accounts your auditor will accept, and on-site training. Microsoft’s own support covers the platform, not how your business is configured on it.

Is Dynamics 365 suitable for UAE VAT and compliance?

Yes. Dynamics supports 5% VAT with the required treatments, FTA-compliant tax invoices and VAT return reporting through localisation and partner configuration. Corporate tax reporting and the route to e-invoicing compliance should be confirmed against your specific application and release before you commit.

How does Dynamics 365 integrate with Microsoft 365 and Power BI?

Natively. Records open in Outlook and Teams, documents live in SharePoint, and Power BI reads Dynamics data directly for dashboards. For businesses already standardised on Microsoft, this removes a whole category of integration work that other platforms need connectors to achieve.

How much does Dynamics 365 cost?

Dynamics is licensed per user per application per month, with different rates for full users and team members who need only light access. Because applications are licensed separately, scope directly drives cost. Implementation is quoted separately by the partner and varies widely by complexity.

How long does a Dynamics 365 implementation take?

Nine months or more for Finance & Operations in a single entity, longer for groups and manufacturing at enterprise scale. Data migration, chart of accounts design and integration count drive the schedule far more than the configuration work itself.

Can Dynamics 365 be customised?

Yes, through configuration, Power Platform low-code apps and flows, and full extensions where required. Building extensions rather than modifying base code keeps upgrades clean, which matters because Microsoft releases major updates twice a year on a fixed and published schedule.

How does Dynamics 365 compare to NetSuite and Odoo?

Dynamics wins where a business is already committed to Microsoft, needs Power Platform, or wants CRM and ERP from one vendor. NetSuite has stronger native multi-subsidiary consolidation. Odoo is cheapest and quickest to deploy. All three cover mainstream ERP requirements competently.

Do you provide Dynamics support after go-live?

Yes. Support covers user assistance, report and workflow changes, new entity or module rollouts, and release readiness ahead of Microsoft’s twice-yearly updates. Testing customisations against each release is ongoing work rather than an occasional upgrade project, and it belongs inside the support contract.
