The starting point

Al Kabeer is one of the Middle East’s largest frozen food manufacturers. Its teams were spread across 17 locations, each running on systems that did not talk to each other.

That fragmentation showed up everywhere. Approvals and document sharing were manual, so decisions waited on paperwork. Audit visibility was thin, and meeting regulations such as ZATCA took more effort than it should have. Integrating with outside systems was difficult. Every customisation depended on a vendor. And because access was tied to the office, work stopped when people were not at their desks.

What we did

We implemented Oracle NetSuite as a single operating platform for the group. The work centred on consolidating the 17 locations into one system, rebuilding approval workflows so they run automatically, and opening secure access from anywhere with role-based permissions.

Full audit trails support compliance requirements including ZATCA. Third-party integrations such as the Fatoora portal connect through NetSuite’s central architecture. Documents now reach vendors and customers digitally, customisations no longer depend on an outside party, and secure remote access keeps the business moving wherever its people are.
